Rules & Regulation

  1. Admission fees are not generally refundable once admission is taken in the college.

  2. All the students of the college must collect their identity cards from the office and must come to the college with their respective identity cards being duly signed by the student and countersigned by the principal of the college.

  3. Discipline should be maintained in the college campus.

  4. Use of mobile phone in the college campus is restricted and in classrooms strictly prohibited.

  5. After admission, a student has to be attending a minimum of theory and practical classes as per university rule.

  6. No day-scholar will generally be allowed to leave the campus on week days before closing the all classes.

  7. Day scholars are not allowed to enter the hostel building without prior permission of the principal.

  8. No student is allowed to meet their guardians, relatives in the campus without prior consent of the principal.

  9. During college hours, hostel boarders must stay in academic building according to class routine hours irrespective of whether they have any class or not. Disciplinary steps will be taken against those boarders who stay in the hostel but do not attend classes

  10. Library rules should be strictly followed.

  11. Students are asked to use library reading room or common room without roaming in the campus.

  12. Students should keep the Campus neat and clean.

  13. Final Semester Marksheet will be issued on submission of Library Clearance and Hostel Clearance Certificate.

  14. Any grievance of the students should be brought to the notice of the principal immediately.

  15. Any problem regarding ragging, sexual harassment, women's problem should be informed primarily to the respective in-charges.

The college and the hostel are one entity. It follows that the trainees must adhere to both the norms and regulations of the dormitory as well as those of the college. One's latent potential can be brought forth via daily discipline in a methodical way. Additionally, it fosters positive relationships between educators, students, and management and teaches trainees how to live healthy communal lives, instilling in them the spirit of service and cooperation that is crucial in the pursuit of knowledge.
